The First Group Hospitality excludes all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by United Arab Emirates, Dubai law.

The First Group Hospitality encourages users to promptly address any issues they encounter and submit claims within the specified time frame to avoid the expiration of the claims period. In the event of any disputes or disagreements related to the provisions of this agreement or their implementation, the exclusive jurisdiction for resolving those disputes or disagreements shall rest solely with the courts of Dubai.
